DAH Solar SolarUnit Powers Villa Community in Thailand, Setting Rooftop PV Benchmark
2025-09-28
DAH Solar’s innovative and world-first integrated PV system, SolarUnit, has achieved a key milestone in Thailand’s high-end residential market. A total of 200sets SolarUnit systems have been successfully installed in the "I-Leaf" brand villa project—including single houses, duplex homes, and townhouses—developed by experienced Thai developer Kanda Property. As DAH Solar’s first large-scale villa project in Thailand, it highlights the solution’s ability to simplify installation, boost efficiency, and secure long-term returns.

Practical Solution that Wins Customer Trust
With over 23 years of experience in developing high-quality residences, Kanda Property maintains strict standards when selecting partners. For its "I-Leaf" villas, the company clearly defined core requirements: eco-smart, easy to maintain, and energy saving.

Grounded Innovation, Real-World Benefits
Each technical feature of SolarUnit delivered clear advantages in this project: • 40% Faster Installation: Since the microinverters are pre-installed at the factory, onsite work is simplified into three steps: lift, mount, and connect. This not only significantly shortens the installation timeline and reduces labor costs and rooftop risks but also minimizes disruption to villa residents.
• Higher Energy Yield & Self-Cleaning: SolarUnit is equipped with Full-Screen technology, which effectively prevents dust accumulation and enables self-cleaning with rainfall. This feature is particularly important in Thailand’s hot and rainy climate, helping ensure consistent high efficiency and up to 15% greater energy generation.
• GaN Technology for Stability: The system incorporates microinverters independently developed by DAH Solar, which use GaN) semiconductor material to achieve higher conversion efficiency and lower energy loss. This technology-driven approach to reliability ensures stable system performance throughout its entire lifecycle.
• System-Level Optimization Adds Value: As an integrated solution, SolarUnit delivers optimized compatibility, which boosts immediate power generation efficiency and extends the lifespan of key components, providing dual protection for ROI.
